myEtimecard app not opening

Please refer to this article if you're having issues getting the myEtimecard app to open on your phone

If you're a current user of the myEtimecard app and are having issues getting it to open, your phone's Operating System is no longer compatible.

We are no longer providing updates to the myEtimecard app, so this will not be resolved.

Please do the following:

1. Go to either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device type

2. Search for "Worksana" (Note: the workflow will be exactly the same once you're logged in. The only difference is that the new app performs better in areas with poor connectivity

3. Use your username/password combination to log in. If you do not have this information, contact your account administrator

The text message login flow will not work until the company's account has been migrated to a Worksana app account by default. Please see the following article for more information: Migrating to the Worksana mobile app
