Before You Begin
Ensure you have access to a stable WiFi connection.
If WiFi isn’t available, create a hotspot from your smartphone or move to a location with WiFi.
The tablet must be factory reset.
You should see the “Welcome!” screen with a blue Start button.
If not, perform a factory reset before continuing.
Starting the Setup
On the Welcome! screen, tap four times in the white area (not the blue Start button).
The screen will change to “Scanning for a QR code…” with a camera box.
Scan the Setup QR Code provided by Worksana.
If you don’t have it, request it from support
WiFi & Device Configuration
Connect to your WiFi network.
Wait on the “Getting your tablet ready…” screen (may take a few minutes).
When the screen says “This device belongs to your organization”, tap Next.
Another loading screen will appear: “Getting ready for work setup.” Wait for it to finish.
Permissions & Setup Screens
On the “Set up your phone” screen → tap Continue.
On the “This device isn’t private” screen → tap Next.
This means Worksana IT can perform remote maintenance in lockdown mode.
On the “Permission Required” screen:
Tap Grant Permission for Draw over other apps → toggle ON → go back.
Tap Grant Permission for Modify system settings → toggle ON → go back.
If updates are required, the tablet will update automatically.
Google Services
On the Google services page → scroll down → leave all options ON → tap Accept.
On the For your review page → tap Agree to all → then Agree.
Logging In to Worksana
You’ll now see the Welcome to Worksana screen.
Tap Go to Login.
Select Quick Mode.
Log in using the kiosk admin credentials provided to you.
✅ Your tablet is now fully set up in Worksana Kiosk Lockdown mode and ready to run the time clock.
