How to reset/delete an employee's facial recogntion photo for the Worksana Kiosk

If an employee’s facial recognition photo needs to be reset, you can reset it directly from the admin panel.


When to Use a Biometric Reset

Common reasons for resetting include:

  • Employee accidentally enrolled under the wrong name.

  • Another employee appeared in the photo (causes misidentification).

  • Poor lighting or blurry image.

  • Employee’s appearance has changed significantly.


How to Reset an Enrollment Photo

  1. In the Admin Panel, click Employees from the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Find the employee whose photo you want to reset.

  3. Click the pencil icon ✏️ next to their name.

    • This opens the employee’s profile.

  4. At the top of the profile, click the Kiosk Audit Logs tab.

  5. Click Enable Biometric Reset.

⚠️ The employee will be prompted to take a new enrollment photo the next time they visit the kiosk.


Tips

  • Make sure the kiosk area has good lighting when the employee re-enrolls.

  • Only the intended employee should be visible during enrollment.

  • If the employee continues to have trouble authenticating, delete and re-add them from the employee list.


✅ Once the reset is complete, the employee’s new photo will automatically replace the old one in the system.
